Dr. Zink is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult hip and knee reconstruction and joint replacement surgery.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Zink attended Western Washington University where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. After college, Dr. Zink worked in clinical research at Oregon Health & Science University before earning his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, where he graduated with Honors Civicus recognition in 2020. During medical school, he developed a strong interest in biomechanics and orthopedic surgery. During residency, he also trained at Boston Children's Hospital, Rhode Island Hospital and New England Baptist Hospital, where he served as chief resident on the arthroplasty service.

Emily Treu, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction of the hip and knee. She completed medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2020, followed by orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Utah, where she graduated in 2025. She completed an Adult Reconstruction fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in 2026.

Dr. Treu has clinical interests in anterior hip replacement, robotic-assisted Mako total knee replacement, revision hip and knee replacement, prosthetic joint infection and periprosthetic fracture. She is board eligible in orthopedic surgery. She provides care at St. Charles Bend and Redmond and the Cascade Surgicenter. She is currently accepting new patients. Outside of work, Dr. Treu enjoys skiing, road biking, running and lifting weights.

Joshua Helmkamp, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in orthopaedic trauma, with clinical interests in pelvic and acetabular trauma, complex lower extremity trauma, periprosthetic fractures, joint replacement and geriatric fracture care.

He earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 2020 and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Duke University in 2025. He completed an orthopaedic trauma surgery fellowship at Adams R. Cawley Shock Trauma Center University of Maryland in 2026.

Dr. Helmkamp is board eligible with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and provides care throughout St. Charles Health System. He is accepting new patients.
